No Junk Food Week

What is junk food anyway? According to Ask the Dietitian, junk food is food that has little nutritional value. Spending all your calories on junk food can lead to obesity. This week we are celebrating No Junk Food Week, what will you do:
to keep those junk food thoughts away?

I did things like go outside and play. This was how I kept the no junk food thoughts away.

I barely ever eat junk food but a good way to keep those thoughts away is to go outside and play with some friends. Hollaaaa!!!
