Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Today we celebrated and tasted cabbage. Did you know that one serving (1/12 of a head) of cabbage as 25 calories and 60% of your daily supply of vitamin C? You can use cabbage in salads, casseroles, soups, stews, and coleslaw. I like to use cabbage in salad and coleslaw. Today we tasted Nina's coleslaw. A few of you had seconds and even thirds.
