My name is Gladys Baxter, and I am the Interim Assistant Superintendent for Business and Operations for the Pocantico Hills Central School District.
As part of the District Leadership Team, I work with the Principal and Superintendent to meet the needs of the district while balancing those needs against the financial pressures and other challenges facing the district's residents, and Board of Education.
I am the District's financial administrator, and supervise the District's accounting, payroll, purchasing, food service, transportation, facilities, capital building projects, labor negotiations, and preparation and administration of the school budget.
Pocantico Hills provides a unique opportunity for students and staff to work together to create an enriched, and rewarding educational environment. As part of the Administrative team, we work together to meet the needs of the students, Board of Education, community and staff. I am glad to be able to contribute to the successes of our students.
